課程概述 |
本課程第一章以介紹一維奈米材料(奈米線,奈米管,奈米帶,奈米片等)與二維奈米薄膜做為開始,且將著重講解由化學氣相沉積法來製備一維與二維奈米材料。第二章介紹奈米材料之能帶構造及光譜特性。第三章講解由一維與二維奈米半導體材料製備成場效電晶體後,此元件之電學特性。第四章介紹神經細胞之基本電學與化學之特性與功能。第五章講解由奈米線/管場效電晶體及其他奈米級偵測器做為量測生物體系及相關生化分子之工具。
本課程強調由一維奈米線或二維奈米薄膜構築而成之場效電晶體、原子力顯微鏡、光學顯微技術等工具作為感測器,及其最近之發展趨勢與研究為主軸,故授課除參考所列課本之部分內容外,將以近年來已發表之學術研究論文為講解內容。 |

本課程主要目標是讓學生了解由奈米線或奈米薄膜場效電晶體為主體之最近研究與發展趨勢,以及應用作為量測生物體系及相關生化分子之工具。 |
